The City of Merced Public Works Department (City), Division of Water Quality Control (WQCD), will accept proposals for engineering and consulting services to prepare technical reports and analytical data of PFAS at the Merced Wastewater Treatment Facility for submittal to the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board via Geotracker. The selected consultant shall perform the tasks specified in the Scope of Services section of the Request for Proposal (RFP).
Completed proposals must be submitted no later than 3:30 p.m. Monday, September 28, 2020.
Questions pertaining to the RFP should be directed in writing, no later than 72 hours prior to proposal submission to:
