Members of the Streets & Streetlight divisionThe Streets and Streetlight Maintenance Division provides responsive, effective management, and maintenance of city streets. Division duties include all necessary maintenance and repairs to all city infrastructure located within the City's public right-of-ways, to include city streets, sidewalks, curb and gutters, street lights, traffic signals, signs, and pavement markings. Also, provides seasonal service such as leaf collection and storm related emergencies throughout the community.

Mission:
Perform all maintenance with a high level of professionalism and quality, ensuring the City’s infrastructure is maintained in a safe and reliable manner, allowing safe movement throughout the community for pedestrian, bicyclist, and vehicle traffic.

Continue ongoing Street Maintenance Program, utilizing available resources and technologies which will enhance the division's ability to provide safe pathways for our citizens. Provide curb and gutter maintenance, as prioritized by city inspections and customer request. Continue providing street signs and traffic markings maintenance with a focus on meeting California Manual of Uniform Traffic Device Standards. Continue ongoing Streetlight Maintenance Program, responding to reported outages within 48 hours. Ensure traffic signals are maintained in a highly professional manner resulting in reduced corridor delays, improved travel time, and reduction in emissions.
