The Merced Connect app is for citizens to access their government in a single location. With this new tool, citizens can submit, track, and view nearby service requests through their smartphones as well as online. Citizens can also use the app to find information about News & Announcements, Water Conservation, and more.

Merced Connect is available on Google Play^TM and Apple App Store.

Having trouble with the Merced Connect app on Android?

Follow this guide to clear the app cache and storage.  This fixes most issues with the app.  Please be aware that there are many different versions of Android and the pages shown below will differ somewhat between devices.

Navigate to the main settings page on your Android device and tap on the "Apps" button.

Find and tap on the Merced Connect app within the list of installed apps.

Next, tap on the "Storage" button.

Finally, tap on both the "Clear Storage" and "Clear Cache" buttons.
