  • How do I get a copy of a police report or accident report?

    You will need to go to the main police station at 611 W. 22nd Street to request a copy of a report. To get a copy of the police report, you must be listed in the report. There is a charge of $0.10 per page. The records division is open Monday thru Thursday, 8:00am to 12:00 and 1:00pm to 6:00pm and Fridays 8:00am to 12:00pm and 1:00pm to 4:00pm.  The main phone number is (209) 385-6912.

    You need to fill out a Property Release Request Form and then mail it to or drop it off at the main Police Station at 611 W. 22nd Street.

    You will need to come the the central Police station at 611 W. 22nd Street to fill out the necessary paperwork and to pay any fees.
