The City of Merced Public Works Department invites your proposal to provide Exterior Building Painting services of one (1) City-owned building.
For all proposals over $15,000, the proposer is required to abide by all applicable provisions of the Labor Code, including payment of the minimum prevailing wage rate as determined by the State Department of Industrial Relations (DIR). No contractor or subcontractor may be listed on a proposal or be awarded a contract for public work unless registered with the DIR pursuant to the Labor Code. This project is subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the DIR.
A Class C-33 contractor’s license is required at the time your proposal is submitted and shall be maintained through project completion.
Proposal Submission:
Three (3) copies of the completed proposal must be submitted no later than
4:30 p.m. on Friday, December 17, 2021.

Fee Proposal:
One (1) copy of a separate fee proposal must be submitted in a separate, sealed envelope marked “RFP for Civic Center Exterior Painting Project.”
