Authority: Ordinance No. 2292

The Disaster Council recommends for adoption by City Council, emergency and mutual-aid plans and agreements and such ordinances and resolutions and rules and regulations as necessary to implement such plans and agreements.

This position requires the filing of a Statement of Economic Interests under the California Fair Political Practices Act guidelines.
